«My parents had a big heart. It’s not easy. My father didn’t like
to correct his children, but he understood that if he didn’t he would
hurt us. He corrected us without offending us. To truly love, you must
have heart. And the same was true with my father’s students. They
realized that he cared for them; they felt loved and were grateful».
        (Rafael Alvira)

«When they needed to correct us, they did it privately, with
each one of us, so that we wouldn’t feel humiliated in front of others.
They always did it with a lot of care and in such a way that we really
        felt encouraged». (María Isabel Alvira)

             • When we correct our children, let’s take them aside and make
them feel above all accepted and loved.
             • Do we always look for the positive aspect of people, even our
        spouse?
