Tomás and Paquita had a happy marriage. In every situation,
even the most difficult or painful, just as in the most ordinary, they
knew how to see the positive side of life, because it was rich in the
gifts given to them by God. What tools did they use to achieve this
happiness?

«At home we recited the rosary simply because at the end of the
afternoon, at sunset, my father and mother would start reciting it».

«They went to Mass every day. After dinner or before, a time
was set to pray the rosary, and I would tell the girls, “your father

«Paquita told me: don’t worry, you can pray while you work,
you can be in the presence of God, you can look at Our Lady who is in
your house. And when you are with this child, who you are rocking in
