PRAYER FOR PRIVATE DEVOTION
Everlasting Father, source of all good,
who has revealed to us the Trinitarian love in Your Son
and in the Sanctifying Spirit, and has given it to us as a model
of every family,
we thank you for having given us in Sergio and Domenica
a unique example of a Christian family
founded on mutual love, support and faithfulness.
In listening to Your Word
through prayer, the Sacraments
and filial devotion to the Virgin Mary
they have lived the openness to life,
the fulfillment of Your will,
the generosity in responding to your call
for their children and in welcoming the needy.
Now we implore You to grant them,
also for the merits of their Christian life
and to Your greater glory, our fervent prayer,
granting us the grace we ask of You.
Repeat three times “Glory to the Father...”
