«When I was still young, the Lord asked me for my entire
family: the 7 people dearest to me! But He helped me to respect His
will with courage and gave me back so much more: 10 children and
all consecrated to Him. How good the Lord has been to me: as with
Job!» (Sergio).
«Truly God has been so generous in His graces with us in our
Family. He has always given us so much strength» . (Domenica)

Sergio and Domenica had encountered and experienced God’s
greatness ever since they were young and together they continued to
walk in His presence. Over time, this had made them humble and
capable of accepting everything as a free gift from their Lord. They
did not always understand the reason for many things, especially
misfortune and pain. But neither did they ask: «God has given, God
has taken away. Only He knows why. All we need is the certainty that,
even in suffering, He is present and therefore, in the end, any situation
is resolved for our good» .
