«Tomás and Paquita rendered true love, that is, God’s love,
present in all their actions. One of their daughters recalled, “They
always struggled to fully live the Sacrament of Matrimony, to which
they had been called. They loved each other very much, they gave
themselves to each other: it was God’s love that made them constantly
think about how to make each other happy. It was evident that their
human love was part of their union with God and their spiritual
progress, and they cultivated it in many ways. It was evident in the
way they looked at each other, the way they talked to each other or
waited for each other”» .
