Life had decided to take Sergio’s family and his loved ones away from him. He was
left alone, but he refused to let his pain prevail. The extraordinary nature of Sergio
and Domenica’s family life was not due to particular events, but rather to the desire
to always correspond to God’s will, which has resulted into countless small gestures
of generosity, mutual forgiveness, and openness towards others.
